The Sixth Biennial Artists' Materials Expo 2014: Creative Fusion is an event with great artists, a fabulous selection of world-class art materials at discount prices, as well as opportunities to take classes and explore new ways of thinking and working creatively. Artisan has sponsored and held these gatherings in Santa Fe since 2000. We'll have 68 booths, 90+ workshops, and ongoing Free Demos.
REGISTRATION OPENS: APRIL 1st
Classes will be added to the website as they are finalized. Schedules for Exhibitors, Free Demos and Book Signings - will also be available as they are finalized!
This year, The Artist Magazine has again joined us to co-sponsor the event. Expo will be held once more at Buffalo Thunder Resort, 10 minutes north of Santa Fe.

Hours & Information
Admission to the Expo is FREE. The exhibit hall at the convention center will be open and free to the public with a quick sign-in for a badge. The exhibit hall will have 68 booths of manufacturers selling artist materials at fantastic prices! A shipping service will be on site to help you send your packages home.

Some classes will have a model fee added to the base price of class.
Classes begin Thursday, October 16th, and will run through Sunday, October 19th. For best selection, register early online, by phone, by fax, or mail. You may add classes on site, and classes that are still open will be listed at the registration desk.
Cancellations & Refunds
Since Requests for Cancellations must be received in writing. Requests received by:
April 1st thru September 12th: FULL REFUND
September 13th thru October 1st: 50% REFUND
Starting October 2nd: NO REFUNDS.
** Artisan gives a full refund to students, if for any reason WE cancel a class.
Choose early, & choose wisely. Starting September 13th, class switching fee will be $25 per switch.
Materials Lists are available online, under the Class Description.
For 3 Hour Workshops: Most, if not all, materials will be provided.
For 6 Hour Workshops: Read the class materials list to find out what you need to bring. Some materials may be provided.
Make sure you check the class description to see what personal resources you might want to bring (i.e., sketch books, photos, favorite brushes, etc.). If you will need materials, order early on Artisan's website.
When You ArriveIf you registered online, the only confirmation you will receive will be by email. Remember to print out the class confirmation email, and bring it with you. If you register by mail, your confirmation will be mailed to you, so don't forget to bring that with you too!
For each of your classes, go directly to your class room and sign-in. A map of classrooms will be at the Registration desk to help you get your bearings. Give yourself time before the start of your class to find your room assignment, and get yourself set up.
